AVS is organizing the Charity Run & Walk for Volunteering 2019 on Sunday, 20 October 2019 morning at Tseung Kwan O Waterfront Promenade aiming to raise fund for the development of volunteerism.

Notes:

Time limit for the race is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Each team consists of 3 team members, all start together. Team with the shortest total official gun time will be the champion. In case more than one team complete the race with the same total time, the official gun time of the third runner will be counted.
Each team consists of 5 team members, take turns completing one round of the racecourse. The fastest team with all 5 members finished will be the champion.
