The AVS Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Sung Yu Yan, Charlotte ( 宋如茵 ) as the Chief Executive Officer effective from 27 September 2021.

 

Ms Sung has succeeded Ms Chung Woon Fan, Flora, who retired from the Agency in end of September 2021 after more than 42 years of dedicated service. Ms Sung joined the Agency in 2019. She has extensive local and overseas work experience in improving the well-being of the underprivileged and the community. The AVS Board believes that Ms Sung could uphold the values of the Agency and strengthen its pivotal role in the development of volunteering in Hong Kong.

 

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Ms Chung for her contribution to promoting volunteerism in the past 42 years. Hope that you will continue to support the Agency and work together to build a caring community through volunteering.
