Volunteer Projects Manager 【Code: VPM】
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Service Head in formulating the annual plan and budget for volunteer projects and the Agency.
- Planning, development, management, and execution of volunteer projects, and other duties as required in achieving the mission of the Agency.
- Building rapport and partnerships with NGOs, professional bodies, corporates, and other community partners.
- Identifying growth opportunities and resources to further the development of various volunteer teams and the influence of volunteer projects
- Writing project proposals and service reports, monitoring work progress and KPIs
- Supervision of subordinates with appropriate guidance and coaching.
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree or above, preferably in social work or in a social science discipline
- 7 years working experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level, experience in NGO will be an advantage. Candidates with lower academic qualification but substantial relevant working experience would be considered
- Innovative, mature, resourceful and independent with solid experience in organizing volunteering projects
- Good leadership and teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well and flexibly with different professionals and volunteers
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient PC knowledge, familiar with Windows, MS office, internet

Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of human resources and office administrative supports, including insurance policy and office management etc.
- Responsible for the recruitment process, including recruitment advertising, interview arrangements, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll
- Prepares all HR documentation and filing for the full employment cycle
- Maintains and updates accurate HR-related documentation, staff and leave records in HR system in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 2 years experience in HR & administration, experience in NGOs will be an advantage
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinances, MPF and other relevant regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly in Excel) and be able to use HRM system is preferable
- Detail-minded & quality-oriented with strong sense of accountability

Duties:
- Responsible for daily accounting functions including AR, AP, payment preparation and follow-up and handling of petty cash
- Performs month-end and year-end account closing including the provision of accruals
- Handles monthly bank reconciliation and general ledgers transactions
- Provides general administrative support

Qualifications:
- Diploma or High Diploma of Accounting / Finance disciplines
- LCCI / ACCA / HKICPA qualification is preferable

Job Requirements
